AUDIT COMMITTEE Selecting the audit firm to conduct an independent audit of the organization’s financial statements. Ensuring a direct line of communications with the organization’s auditor. Reviewing and approving the audit scope and fees. Providing oversight of the organization’s conflict of interest policy and keeping the board apprised of any changes required in the policy or its implementation. Reviewing and addressing the management letter, any critical disputes, and auditor’s comments. PROCTORIAL BOARD To review Violent, disorderly, indecent, threatening or offensive behaviouror language or any other misconduct in the institute. Any conduct which seriously affects the good order of the College, or which brings the College into disrepute. Breach of the provisions of any College rule, regulation, policy, procedure or code of practice. Misuse or unauthorized use of College premises. Misappropriation of funds or assets of the College or Students’ Union. Attempted or actual invasion or abuse of the security, integrity or privacy of any files or confidential material. HOSTEL COMMITTEE To review and maintain day to day functioning of the hostels, various facilities and timings etc. The Hostel Committee will have a separate Mess Committee. The Mess Committee will have one of the Wardens and student representatives from both the hostels to supervise functioning of the Hostel Mess. Document residents detail like I Cards, fees details, hostel rules and timings, lodge complaints against and violation of rules. The Hostel rules and regulations are strictly adhered to by the residents and recommend disciplinary action for any violation of the rules including penalties and expulsion from the Hostel. Apprise Principal and Administration about the vacant rooms, admission requests, warden reports etc. Review and update food costing, infrastructural needs, theft, loss/damage to the hostel. Mr. N.K. TRAINING & PLACEMENT COMMITTEE To look after the training and placement Activities of students. To have close liaison with industry for placement of students To work in consultation with Coordinator Industry Institute Interaction for organizing lectures from the professionals from industry. To collect feedback from the companies coming for placement. Arrange Training programmes for soft skills and for interview facing skills for the students using institutional and external expertise. WRITE OFF COMMITTEE Write off loss of Goods/products. To document and review any loss, theft of institutional property and report it to higher authority.In case of loss of product, report FIR to nearest police station and document it in official records. Circulate reports to the Board of Members and apprise the Principal about the same. Apprise Administration department and in case of loss/damage from non-staff to be deducted from Caution money.
